Messages are sent via automated SMS/MMS technology to the mobile phone number you provide on our opt-in form. By opting in, you confirm that the phone number you provided belongs to you and that you are authorized to receive text messages at that number.

How to Opt Out (Text STOP)

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number.

If you wish to re-enroll in our SMS program after opting out, you may do so by submitting the opt-in form on our website again.

Message frequency varies depending on your subscription preferences, program activity, and the types of messages you have opted in to receive.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and all other wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By participating in our SMS program, you agree to the following carrier liability disclaimer: Wireless carriers, including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, and U.S. Cellular, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or availability of information provided through SMS/MMS messaging.

You acknowledge that message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and that carrier service areas, plan limitations, and network conditions may affect your ability to receive messages. Neither Affiliate Partners LLC nor any mobile carrier guarantees the delivery, timeliness, or accuracy of any SMS/MMS message.

You agree to hold harmless Affiliate Partners LLC, its affiliates, and any wireless carrier for any damages, losses, or costs arising from or related to the SMS messaging program, including but not limited to any claims related to undelivered, delayed, or misdirected messages.

Carriers and their affiliates shall have no liability for any act or omission relating to the SMS/MMS messaging program, and by enrolling, you release all carriers from any and all claims related to the program.

Consent

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. You are not required to opt in to our SMS program in order to buy any products or services from Affiliate Partners LLC or BRRRR Invest.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By submitting the opt-in form, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the phone number you provided is your own.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services or provide false information on the opt-in form. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our messaging services if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Limitation of Liability
